Have you ever taken a look at someone else’s morning routine and instantly felt a little shame around yours?

Me too. My morning routine use to be – run to a cup of coffee, check emails, scroll on social media, take the dog out.

My day began with HUSTLE and catch up.

What do I have to do today? What can I accomplish NOW.

WOAH.

I had to learn how to slow the F down, even first thing in the morning.

Here’s some of my best tips for creating a routine that will work for YOU!

  1. Don’t compare your morning routine to others. Yours might only be 5 minutes compared to someone else’s hour.
  2. Start with something that allows you to practice gratitude & grounding.
  3. Get yourself EXCITED about the day.
  4. Visualize your day & what you want to feel.
  5. Don’t overwhelm yourself with a massive to-do list, keep it short & sweet! 3 things.
  6. CELEBRATE your DAY!

 

 

Curious how mine works?

Here’s most days for me:

  • Wake up.
  • Take Ziggy (my dog) out.
  • Come back in, chug some water & take my supplements.
    (Adrenal Supplements, B Vitamins, Bloating Supplements, etc.)
  • Make Bulletproof Coffee & Open up my Journal
  • Journal for 2-5 minutes on whatever is coming up for me that day.
  • Visualize my goals, my client’s goals, and allow myself the quite & being STILL.
  • Grab coffee, do a mindless scroll through social media.
  • Set up what I need to do for the day, check meeting times, and snuggle the pup!
  • Drink Ketones to continue my fasting period. I do intermittent fasting 16/8 daily.
  • Go get a workout in or a long walk with the pup.
