You have to be able to FEEL into your emotions in order to HEAL.

Emotions keeps us looping.

We often run the programming of I have to DO, Hustle, Force, Keep Going & we bypass honoring that emotion inside of us.

BS Lies around feeling our emotions sound like:

I’ll slow down when..

I can’t feel into my emotions, otherwise I’ll manifest from the negative energy

I don’t have time to do the healing work.

I can’t heal and help others.

Here’s how you can begin to FEEL :

  1. Notice what it feels like in your body.
  2. Be with it. Don’t try to fix it, modality your way through it, or solve it in that moment.
  3. Ask yourself: have I felt this way in the past? Is this a trigger from an old wound?
  4. Let yourself express the emotion as you need to.
  5. Remind that little person inside of you, she’s safe, meet her need, and support her in that moment.
