You have to be able to FEEL into your emotions in order to HEAL.
Emotions keeps us looping.
We often run the programming of I have to DO, Hustle, Force, Keep Going & we bypass honoring that emotion inside of us.
BS Lies around feeling our emotions sound like:
I’ll slow down when..
I can’t feel into my emotions, otherwise I’ll manifest from the negative energy
I don’t have time to do the healing work.
I can’t heal and help others.

Here’s how you can begin to FEEL :
- Notice what it feels like in your body.
- Be with it. Don’t try to fix it, modality your way through it, or solve it in that moment.
- Ask yourself: have I felt this way in the past? Is this a trigger from an old wound?
- Let yourself express the emotion as you need to.
- Remind that little person inside of you, she’s safe, meet her need, and support her in that moment.
