Using what’s in your toolbox. Do I need a coaching certification? Nope, you don’t NEED anything. (And this is coming from the girl who runs a coaching certification).
I started my business without a certification. I went based on past experience, training from grad school, and what worked for me.
Then, I realized how much people were opening up in my energy, how deep we were going, into their subconscious, trauma, personal growth and healing, limiting beliefs, and it hit me. I felt a responsibility to dive deeper for my own healing & embodiment and to serve them.
I wanted tools in my tool belt to facilitate deep and lasting transformation.
I wanted to up my craft as a coach. I wanted to expand my toolbox.
I wanted to be in integrity as a lightworker and a healer and be the leader for my clients.
So do you need a certification? No. But will a set of tools in your toolbox increase your impact & income as a coach – totally.
