Feeling Supported In Coaching Sessions

How we open, support during, and close up our clients during coaching sessions is SO important to running safe, supportive, and activating breakthroughs with your clients.

Beginning Your Coaching Calls

  1. Ground in internally and set sacred and safe space
  2. Hold energetically the vision for your client’s healing and outcome
  3. Alchemize your own activations so you can be present and in your body
  4. Practice energetic hygiene

During Your Coaching Calls

  1. Empathize and validate your client in their experience
  2. Hold energetically the vision of their highest healing
  3. Attune to them and hold a safe space
  4. Honor them in their experience
  5. Ask powerful questions and use invitational language
  6. Support them with techniques and modalities
  7. Alchemize activations in your body so you can be present for your client. Let your inner child know you’ll be back to support her after if you find yourself activated
  8. Release the need to fix. Respond, and don’t bypass emotions.
  9. Acknowledge them in their lived experience
  10. Hold a secure base

Closing Your Coaching Calls:

  1. Wrap up & Connect Back to Ensure all Intentions for the Session were met or what needs to continue in the chat or next session. Make sure they feel safe & supported in their body.
  2. Activate any Tasking or Things the client is to continue to tap into post session (with alignment & congruence)
  3. Acknowledge their showing up, dedication, celebrations & gratitude
  4. Reflect on clarity, breakthroughs, or overall body sensations.
  5. Cleanse the Space on your End After the Call & Disconnect from the Energy
  6. Ground back into your Body + Connect with any parts of you that need love or connection

Do you ever find yourself disconnected in your coaching sessions?

Sitting on the other side of the zoom, planning out your next question, the next strategy, what technique you should use?

Wanting to solve the problem, help them move through it, worried that they aren’t “getting what they need” from the session? Feeling lost or worried if they are “stuck” and can’t move through it?

Lets be real.

We’ve all been there.

Here’s the thing: we are often coaching from a place of trying to fix or put out the fires constantly. It’s coming for most from a palace of wanting to serve, but in that, you might be bypassing an experience, dissociating from your clients needs, and healing from a very forced state.

What can you do?

Sit back. Get into your own body, move slow, give time for the client to process, validate their experience, release the pressure, trust, listen from an empathic place, know the questions, the information will come when you release the grip.
