Finding The Next Level
At every level there’s a next level.
Whenever I’m making a business decision, it still scares me.
Why? Because we are always growing, expanding, evolving.
Here’s how I move with decisions:
Where do I feel this fear in my body? Can I sit with it and feel into the emotion rather than just trying to move through it?
am I making this decision from my current reality or where I desire to be?
am I making this decision from a place of fear or abundance?
how can I find safety and security in my body as I make this decision?
chat with my ego: what are we feeling? Where have we trusted ourselves in the past?
being brave, surrendering, knowing the bigger vision supports us into this next level.
It’s safe to expand.
It’s safe to be seen.
It’s safe to trust you.
So here’s my challenge to you.
Notice where you’re playing small.
Where you’re waiting.
Where you’re holding back.
Where you’re playing the when, then game.
Where you’re ready to be seen.
Where you want to make a ripple.
Where you’re ready to trust & surrender.
Where you’re ready to go all fucking in.
Where you’re ready to do the shit that doesn’t make sense.
Focus on…
Being seen at a new level.
Showing up for your vulnerability.
Putting yourself out there.
Owning the fucking ripple you create.
Stepping into your power.
Diving head first into fear and new levels.
Trusting.
Cracking open.
Doing shit that doesn’t make sense.
I let go of the need to do it all and burn myself out to the max.
I changed my life and business to be more fun, easy, and carefree.
& so came the expansion and the next level.
