Allow Yourself To Feel

Bypassing our Emotions keeps us looping.
We have to be able to FEEL in order to HEAL.
We often run the programming of I have to DO, Hustle, Force, Keep Going & we bypass honoring that emotion inside of us.

BS Lies around feeling our emotions sound like:
I’ll slow down when..
I can’t feel into my emotions, otherwise I’ll manifest from the negative energy
I don’t have time to do the healing work.
I can’t heal and help others.
Positive vibes only

Here’s how you can begin to FEEL your emotions:

Notice what it feels like in your body.
Be with it. Don’t try to fix it, modality your way through it, or solve it in that moment.

Let yourself express the emotion.
Remind that little person inside of you, she’s safe, meet her need, support her in that moment.

We can get to the core of this work through Breathwork.
This is where we get to let the body be the healer.
Bypassing the ego, the mind, and truly dropping into the body.
Where we begin to re-program on a cellular level.
Where we break free from the shoved down emotions, experiences, and kept going and going.
Where we feel into our experience.
Where we use a modality inside of us, to heal us.
Where we express, let go, and surrender.
Where we come home.
Where we establish trust.
Where we crack open.
Where we become intimate with ourselves.
Where we meet our own needs.
Where we feel full.
Where we forgive.
Where we connect with our little person.

Inhale.
