Building Business Systems That Allow You To Flow
So many are so anti systems in their business.
Probably because they haven’t found a fluid approach or maybe you’re resisting unconsciously the success you desire most.
I can tell you I’ve used some of the EXACT same systems in my business since I began.
I’ve been creating social media content for myself + a multitude of companies since 2009 (other) 2012 (self).
Here’s what else is in place:
Clear communication channels with team
Project management system
Flexible launch calendar
SOP’s for everryyyything
My true definition of Ease and flow
What it isn’t?
-eating bonbons and floating
Not putting in any intention or efforts into your business
Nana teaching the thing that’s five pass what you do in the earlier stages of your business
Manifesting money “in your sleep” that’s bypassing everything you did up to that point
What it is:
It’s healing your trauma and supporting your attachment style so you can just see and navigating the ups and downs of business.
It’s about feeling safe in your body as a foundation as you scale.
About doing the unsexy inner work so you can increase your capacity for ease and flow.
It’s about running your business in a way that feels online to you, redefining success, and finding out what your values are you can run your business in a way that works for you.
It’s about dropping the comparison, the Chase, the high of the next thing, thinking that that will be the thing that changes everything.
About finding is in the system so you can have more support to live your life, to be with your family, to do all of the things and have all of the time and space you truly desire when you decided to be in entrepreneur.
It’s dropping the efforting, the forcing, the external validation and finding more ease in your system by releasing the conditioning + programming and reparenting yourself from a place of love + acceptance
None of this is super rigid. It’s fluid, but having anchor points like these on the systems/structure side means my feminine gets to PLAY.
She gets to live her life, she gets to explore, she gets to coach and create, she has freedom, and flexibility for pop up inspiration, offers, etc.
