6 Things You Need For Business Alignment With A Regulated Nervous System
Number 1: A supportive strategic launch plan.
If your launches are chaotic and last minute, you’re going to feel it in your body. This doesn’t mean you don’t get to have flow or have spontaneous things, but actually following an aligned launch plan will help you.
For many chaos can feel normal from our childhood so the inconsistency in income, waiting until the last minute, etc feels familiar so we run the programming in business too. If you’re changing everything every two seconds then it’s going to feed into the chaos.
Let things evolve. Also, while yes, it’s not going to be rainbows and butterflies all the time, weave in PLAY, pleasure, and more fun! If you’re not following through with the plan because it
drains the life out of you. Then, what’s the purpose?
Number 2: Healing Developmental disappointment, derived in attachment trauma.
Basically, the other shoe dropping, holding back from goals and desires in fear of them not coming true, or the unconscious fear of it being harder to fall from, or not safe to keep or hold.
So instead of being disappointed (we’ve seen this from misattunement growing up) it’s better to not get let down. Unwavering energy is a beautiful gift that this builds up to when you work through it.
It means you can hold well-being, sustainability, pivots, etc. We can affirm all day “I’m open to receiving x amount” but our bodies will tell a different story.
Number 3: Working to increase your capacity to receive, hold more well-being and goodness.
Let’s say you want a 10k month or 100k month. Are your business systems and structure set up to support this or would it blow you out if this all came in? How’s it feel to hold what you want?
What responsibility (both good and learning opportunities) will come with that? Do you
believe it’s safe for it to stay? Can you truly let love, abundance, others in, or is there a wall of protection up that keeps you safely at a distance?
If more came in, what would happen? Would you be seen more? How would that feel?
Often I see clients have high-income months followed by lower months and sometimes this is why.
Number 4: Values
Let’s say your values are time freedom. But to meet your launch goal you would need to
do more calls or take calls on weekends, after when you want to, etc.
Are you willing to go against one of your top subconscious drivers?
Number 5: Boundaries (both with self and others)
Following through on your commitments to yourself, client boundaries, etc are so important for business alignment.
Are you staying true to the things you’ve held yourself to (in business, health, relationships) or when you’re needing a need met or afraid of losing something you
waver?
Number 6: Wealth clean up.
If you don’t have systems to support the wealth you desire and you are delaying taking care of personal bills, looking at your money, making phone calls, whatever it is.
It isn’t just about manifesting more money, but ensuring you are starting to set some wealthy woman habits here too.
Your attachment style will pop up during the launch and be reflected in your businesses. Again, none of this is bad, you’re not doing anything wrong. It’s all things we get to grow into. So be gentle, bring compassion.
I wanna see you win, in the most aligned way possible. I want to see women who are deeply embodied in their craft, make waves in the space. I want you to shout what you do from the rooftops. I want you to surpass your income goals without burnout.
