Whenever I’m making a business decision, it still scares the 💩 out of me.
Why? Because we are always growing, expanding, evolving.
Here’s how I move with decisions:
Where do I feel this fear in my body? Can I sit with it and feel into the emotion rather than just trying to move through it?
am I making this decision from my current reality or where I desire to be?
am I making this decision from a place of fear or abundance?
how can I find safety and security in my body as I make this decision?
chat with my ego: what are we feeling? Where have we trusted ourselves in the past?
being brave, surrendering, knowing the bigger vision supports us into this next level.
It’s safe to expand.
It’s safe to be seen.
It’s safe to trust you.
