Anybody else start their business by learning how to coach based on how your coaches were coached? Mixed with that and my skills from grad school + years of mentoring and leadership training with others in my previous jobs,, I was blending it all together.
And guess what, it worked!
You don’t NEED a certification to coach. (yes I run a coaching certification and say this) LOL.
However, I hit a point though where I wanted to bring my clients deeper in their healing, I wanted to provide incredible transformations + wanted to make sure I was safely supporting them as deeply as possible. I didn’t want them to just make conscious change, I wanted them to make unconscious change & deep healing.
