Keeping, Having, and Recreating
I used to have an old pattern of whenever money came in, I would instantly get rid of it (unconsciously of course). I would know a lump sum was coming in and would use it to pay off a debt or plan to pay off something & immediately find myself in the next cycle months later. It felt really good & I thought I was doing myself a celebratory moment, until I wasn’t.
My bank account was teetering every month.
Other times it would be in overflow and I would feel like I could finally breathe just to find myself back in some of the same position over and over again.
It was the one big up & down I found myself in over and over again.
Wondering if it would come back, if I should then save it..I feared it leaving.
I ran the same pattern for years (and with food too). Until I fully went in and did some deep rooted work in this energy.
Until I was really ready to dive into that pattern, it kept on coming up.
Until I found safety in keeping, letting go, having, recreating.
Releasing deep scarcity & survival energy in my system.
Trusting that in a release, it would come back to me.
I had healed so much in the realm of receiving, and there was a whole new layer to uncover.
Now, I’ve been able to scale with ease, with feeling full, supported, safe.
I’ve been quantum leaping and I truly believe this work is why.
Same thing with my clients, they’ve been jumping timelines through the work of deep embodiment.
Our relationship with this energy (receiving, scarcity, trusting, safety, recreating, letting go) propels us into a next level.
I am able to trust in the flow of money, work through what comes up in my body, and allow ❤️. I have found safety in keeping, having, recreating. When we tap into the energetics of our business, we open up so much room to grow.
