Letting Your Business Evolve
When is the last time you let your business evolve?
When did you last embrace the wavering energy and the wobbling?
Or, is the wavering energy and the wobbling leading you to be resentful in your business…
Where are you wavering and things feel a little wobbly in business?
I LOVE evaluating this for myself because it always helps me lean back into an unwavering energy.
However, when we are wobbling and wavering, we tend to get a little resentful.
Changing up your prices every two seconds or when someone asks you about an offer?
Burning down a launch halfway through cause no one has signed up yet?
Wanting to be so flowy there’s no healthy structure to ground you and your business feels like you’re throwing spaghetti at the walls?
In & Out on what you say you will do and what you are actually doing.
In when it feels good & out when it feels tough.
We will always have seasons where we start to waver & wobble. And that’s when you look at it and say, hey. I love you & we need some healthy discipline, boundaries or whatever else is coming through.
So here’s some blunt advice: Stop Burning it Down and Instead Let it Evolve.
Start, Stop, Halfway through a launch, burn it down because it’s not in alignment..
My love, is it really not in alignment or are you just searching for a dopamine hit of excitement and now there’s discomfort and you wanna run?
Now, I get it sometimes things are out of alignment, we realize this and we pivot.
But a start, stop energy is going to wear you down.
Searching always for the highs and excitement in business is also going to feel frustrating.
If you’re feeling like something needs to evolve mid launch, or evolve in your business. Let it EVOLVE. Versus changing things every two seconds. This is often a way we try to self-soothe, avoid discomfort, and so much more. It’s rooted in trauma more than likely.
You’re an ever evolving being, you gotta let you evolve with you.
