I HAVE TO DO MORE TO BE SUCCESSFUL.
That is complete bullshit, and usually one of the first mistakes made in business.
I see coaches, healers, lightworkers burning the candle at both ends trying to WORK more in their business every single day.
Thinking if they can just “do” more in their business, that more money will come, more clients will come and POOF all the problems will be solved.
Here’s the thing: clients are attracted to YOU, your essence, your magnetism (and yes of course how you can help them) but it’s not about everything you’re doing: it’s about who you’re being.
For those of you thinking, okay: so how do I BE more in my business when I got a laundry list of shit to DO?
- Slow Down and Drop into the Present moment – acknowledge yourself, your emotions, your surroundings.
- Stop trying to “fix” or “get through” your emotions – be in them, feel them, acknowledge them.
- Experience pleasure, sensuality, slow the fuck down.
- Celebrate EVERYTHING that you are “doing” and honor that into your body
- Breathe
- PLAY – your inner child wants to be FREE. Let her OUT.
- Shut down the laptop, the phone, and go disconnect.
What else should I be “Doing” to be more successful? To land more clients? To make more sales?
Affirm:
It’s safe to slow down.
The more I focus on my “being” the more I “receive”
