Somatic Exercise For Your Client Programming

Through somatic fitness, you’re able to help them get to the root cause, which is often that nervous system dysregulation, or not feeling safe to actually let go of what they need to let go of.

And we also want to make sure that we’re looking at things from that subconscious level. From an identity level. 

When that happens with your clients, they make long-lasting change and results which also helps you to grow your business.

To my health and fitness coaches, yoga teachers, wellness professionals – Your clients need a nervous system approach to movement, their chronic pain, digestion, cortisol, low energy, hormones, anxiety whatever it is that’s holding them back. All of these things including trauma, stress, emotions need to be released somatically in the body.
