One of the most important elements of holding more as a leader is knowing how to build, maintain, and expand your community as a coach.
Community building for coaches isn’t just about growing your numbers, it’s about creating meaningful connections that support your clients, your message, and your long-term vision.
If you’re a coach looking to deepen your impact and create lasting transformation, community building for coaches is one of the most powerful strategies you can implement.
I’ve always taken a “come with me” approach to my business, and this year, I’m intentionally doubling down on community through these 3 strategies:
1. Hosting Live Events That Go Deeper Than Networking
Live events are my favorite way to bring people together and build a community as a coach. But they’re not your typical business event. They’re designed with the subconscious in mind and intentionally created for community building, integration, and real connection.
Whether I’m attending, hosting, or facilitating, I always ask: How can I support you? And watch the ripple effect begin.
This type of space-making invites deeper conversations, shared energy, and long-lasting collaborations that go way beyond business cards and Instagram follows.
2. Designing Curriculum with Community at the Core
Community doesn’t just happen, it’s designed. In QRE and my mastermind, the depth of connection comes from the standard we set and the conversations we have.
True group dynamic coaching is a must. When you know how to use a group field as a facilitator, you unlock exponential growth for everyone involved.
If you’re creating programs or certifications, building community into the curriculum design is essential for long-term engagement and transformation.
3. Expanding Into New Platforms to Bring You With Me
This year, I’m creating more “come with me” spaces:
- https://substack.com/@erinnicolecoachingSubstack: sharing my second book chapter by chapter
- Hello Audio: daily updates in the Regulation Station private feed
- EOB Podcast: expanding the brand and voice across the U.S.
Expanding your content into platforms like podcasts, private feeds, and long-form writing is another way to prioritize community building for coaches.
I’m not gatekeeping any of this. My intention? Take you with me, through all of it.
