4 Leadership Approaches For Next Level Growth
There’s so much medicine in your path to evolving into your next chapter as a leader in your business, your industry. As you evolve, here are 4 leadership approaches to take you to the next level.
1. Learn to Digest the Projections
You put your own projections + judgement on yourself and also deeply fear the external ones that could come out to play if you own all of who you are, if you truly say what’s on your heart. So instead, you self-abandon, contort yourself, or stay in a safe place of conflict avoidance.
Your inner mean parts can tear you apart for where you’re at or not at yet, and the fear of what might be said about you can be stifling.
Your medicine is learning how to digest the projections.
To learn to receive what needs to change and take in the feedback from a grounded place, to be with the discomfort, and moving from a place that is your truth.
However, when your truth isn’t anchored in your leadership, this will keep you wavering.
2. Resting into your True Power
Power dynamics can not only play out externally, but they can play out internally with all of your internal systems as well. Whether you tend to go into more of a power under dynamic with your business (avoiding conflict, enduring your own suffering, people pleasing, etc.) or power over (aggressive, fighting, being overly hard on yourself).
It’s time to clean this up. Externally you can be in these power dynamics with money, business, relationships – every relationship has a relational dynamic + to rise where you want to go.
It’s time to clean all of this up and rest into true power to true power.
3. Letting God/Universe move through you
Building to where you are now is incredible. As a result, it got you here and you’re ready for the gasoline on the fire.
Yet, your own conscious will is trying to override the divine will that deeply needs to move through you. Instead of surrendering when your back is against the wall, your invitation is to connect into a surrender that moves you every single day, a connection that would require you t trust that something bigger than you is holding you + getting your ego human self out the way + resting into the unseen.
Stop fighting a war within yourself + the divine that you created in your own attempt to feel some sort of control, or you’ll continue on your path of your own emotional extortion. What will you choose?
4. Being Mirrored
Being mirrored with mentorship in your true power + all the leadership dynamics requires you to sit with those who have and are doing the same. It’s a devotion in this work to stay.
