My Ayahuasca Experience: A Remembering Of Self Love

I didn’t feel the pull to sit with this medicine for a long time, and then the whispers began to come.

Open intention, I went in, just wanting to be shown whatever I needed to see.

It felt like a beautiful meditation, showing future visuals, past memories, different lifetimes and I just floated for hours.

As we moved into integration and we were sharing our experiences I shared mine felt gentle, I thought maybe this was meant to be my experience. After hearing everyone’s experience of intensity, I was assuming I would feel rocked a little more..

And then I started eating a snack during integration and it kicked in..

Wondering why the fuck this is happening now, I was forced to release control and surrender deeper than I ever could have imagined.

My journey had just begun..

My body hit the floor.

A journey of letting go.
Of being mirrored every part of myself.
Slowly her snake essence wrapped herself up around my legs, my torso, and I was faced with her looking into my eyes and a fierce and gentle..
You will listen to me..
And a gut punch that came after that..
She said you don’t love yourself..
What? You surely couldn’t be telling me this..

I showed her all the work I done, she replied with..

you like yourself enough.

What do you mean? I’ve been doing this work forever can’t you see how far I’ve come?
She shared, there’s just a deepening as she pulled out her fun house mirrors and said..
See how deeply the world loves you
And how deeply you want someone to love you
So see yourself even deeper
How much love can you let in from you?
Annoyed at how the fuck am I back to another layer of self love, I finally just let myself feel the depths of love..

I stopped fighting and just let it in..

A journey of self love and relaxing into the presence i crave.
Seeing myself for the magic I have created and that I am

Mastering the Art of Effortless Achievement in Business Using Subconsious Healing

Do you actually want “easy and effortless” business results or are you just too full of excuses to actually try?

Seeing the next boulder in front of you and wanting to push it immediately because maybe the next bag of money is what’ll make you happy and less exhausted…

but that’s never the case.

You’re just forever stuck in a cycle of burnout, never surrendering at all.

You could also… 

…invite someone into your space who understands something that you don’t about how to gain more inner strength necessary to move the boulder without depleting your energy.

Who can teach you how to source power from within + move the boulder “effortlessly”.

✨Hanging by the pool witnessing the deepest of love that she has always wanted.

My heart was bursting.

it’s unbelievable to me that in an industry that is already unregulated, content is created to convince coaches that they should focus less on their education + skill.

Moreover, the shame, guilt, judgment takes us ten steps back, and then,

We try to move forward from that place which makes it so much harder.

It’s easier to not fully open our heart, to keep a window cracked open, the hold back, to placate to run the same pattern.

And, instead of fully allowing, moving with, living, and being with it all. Your body must feel deeply safe to let it all in. 

You build that as you go. You live and practice and allow it in every moment. Tempting safety. Tempting you can hold it all. You’ll create it as you go.

To control the unknown is robbing yourself of the deepest medicine which is living, trusting that you can hold the unfolding.

From what energy are you moving from?

What’s the fear if you let it all in?

What glasses of lack, shame, and not enoughness are eating you alive making it 10x harder to move forward?
